Refund policy

Shipped goods must always be properly protected. If you wish to return (part of) your order, you can request this by email at info@moi-et-marie.com.

If the original order value falls below €49.00 due to returned items, a processing fee of €2.90 will be deducted from the refund.

If items are exchanged for a different size or model, no additional costs will be charged and the new items will be shipped free of charge. However, in the case of a second exchange for the same item, a service fee of €2.90 will apply.
